Department Of Ship Technology Alumni Society (DOSTAS), a registered alumni association of Department of Ship Technology, Cochin University of Science & Technology conducted the second edition of DIMS, an International Seminar on developments in offshore, shipbuilding, transport, and allied sectors. DIMS was held on 9th and 10th of August 2022 at Crowne Plaza Kochi, Kerala, India. A total of 16 technical papers focusing on latest Innovations in maritime sector was presented and an elite gathering of 500 delegates who represented various stakeholders from the ship and offshore Industry.
SNAS the student body of the Department of Ship Technology was an integral part of the seminar. SNAS members served as the volunteers. The volunteers were reliable and showed a high degree of professionalism with all stakeholders. The SNAS participation was highly appreciated and a memento was awarded as a token of gratitude.
